Amy Adamczak, Certified Rolfer, practices Rolfing at Westgate Natural Health Professionals, 3454 Oak Alley Court Suite 406,  Toledo, Ohio 43606.  She is a graduate of the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration and a member of the International Assosciation of Structural Integrators.  Her approach to Rolfing emphasizes pacing and pressure that is appropriate for each client.
